2 bed 2.5 bath very spacious NEW construction townhouse located on Okaloosa Island across from Beach Access #1. Within walking distance is 6 restaurants, a gas station, liquor store, mini golf course with ice cream shop, retail shops, watersport rentals, The Boardwalk, and The Gulfarium. Every Wednesday night the The Boardwalk puts on a fireworks display that you can watch from the comfort of the balcony! Just across the bridge is downtown Fort Walton Beach and a Publix grocery store. There is plenty of parking and enough room to bring your own boat - just 0.5 miles away is a public boat launch.

Super clean & roomy!

This property is new construction and super clean. They had a cooler, a wagon, and various beach items for us to use. Having 3 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and plenty of bedding for everyone was awesome. They even give you a couple dishwasher tablets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and even 2 tide pods to get you through your stay. We were greeted with super cold air conditioning and a bottle of wine. The only downside to this property is they are doing construction right next door and they start work pretty early in the morning. (This was written in July 2021.) The condo is within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and even some shopping. We would def stay here again!

Anniversary Get-a-way

I’ll be honest - We love the beach but hate sand! LoL ❤️❤️ We found this very new listing at the last minute and we were not disappointed at all! Town Home is just one block from public beach and walking distance to several very popular restaurants. There is construction of new homes in area but it wasn’t loud or intrusive at all. We were within driving distance to grocery stores, shopping… everything we needed. Owner provided several much-appreciated perks for our stay - celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend this rental!

Very pleased. Spacious, new and clean.

Everything was so detailed...from the bottle of wine, the thank you card, the rolled beach towels, and the beach goods.....we loved it! Comfy beds! Thank you!!!!
