Stunning home with lake views, close to pool!!
Our resort style townhome is located in Magic Village, synonymous with elegance, modernity, and quality.

3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, flat screen TVs with cable. Luxury linens and comforters. I took special care when choosing linens for my home, only the best and softest to drift off to sleep. New mattresses!

FREE WIFI, automatic access no password.

4 Bathroom home fully stocked.
Hotels quality bath towels, make up towels, luxury toiletries and ample hot water (lols)

Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all wood cabinetry. Fully stocked kitchen with all beverageware including wine glasses. Blender, toaster, everything!

Family dining table as well as bar seating!

Laundry room with full size washer, dryer and clothes steamer!

High ceilings, tile in the first floor and carpet in the second floor.

Large private outdoor patio with gas grill and sink. High end patio furniture to enjoy. Sit, relax, chat with friends and family while watching the children run in the large grassy backyard.

Magic Village Yards is a Gated Community with a beautiful clubhouse, it offers amazing amenities such as, 24 Hours concierge, restaurant, fitness center, play room, outdoor heated pool, hot tub and more.

This is optional and paid to the clubhouse directly. I have no control over this, the pool clubhouse is separate from Magic Village. There are many water parks close to the resort, as well.

I recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 minutes from Disney. Very clean and had everything we need😊

Property heavily used and damaged

When we arrived and entered the property the space is large. The property has a lot of wear and tear and needed a lot of repairs. The handrail was falling off the staircase. The vent over the oven did not work nor did the light. The blinds would not lift where you could step out onto the balcony from the guest bedroom. There are stains all over the couch and all outside cushions. We only had four Bath towels in the condo and it is a three bedroom condo. We had to wait two days to have more towels delivered which were stained. Also if you want to use any of the amenities at the property you have to pay an additional $120 per day to go to the pool or to use the gym. There were no batteries in the remotes to use the TVs in the spare bedrooms. There were no lightbulbs in the lamps in the spare bedrooms. The carpets are covered in stains. I made the host aware of the issues at the property via text during our stay . Due to staff shortage I told host I would not write a bad review and we communicated about all the problems with the property. When we arrived home I receive a bill from her for the items that were already damaged upon our arrival.
