Our home is luxurious, a great entertainint space featuring an Oversized Eat-In Kitchen with huge 10' Island, Double Dishwasher and fully stocked with everything you need to entertain guests during your stay.
Everything is new, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and outdoor patios. Oversized windows throughout allowing plenty of natural light.

4 Bedrooms, 1st floor Master with ensuite with King, 1st floor guest bedroom with Queen next to another full bath. Upstairs has two children's bedrooms with shared Full Bath. One has a Queen and the other a Full Sized Bed.

The outdoors features a newly renovated HEATED pool with ledge lounge. Grill, Fire Pit, Lounge Space, Dining Area for 10, a trampoline, swingset and lots of yard space and all fenced in.

Location is key, walk or bike to town, enjoy sports fields across the street and access to Westhampton Village Beaches, less than 1 mile away.

You will have access to the Westhampton Village Beaches (Rogers and Jetty 4) and will get a parking sticker and Walk-on Beach Pass. This is rare, even full time Westhampton residents have to pay for village beach passes. Take advantage of this perk!
