This beautiful classic beach house is in Cypress Dunes, an exclusive gated community with a beautiful pool. Cypress By The Sea is just off 30A on the Gulf side and at the west end (known as the quiet end - if you know you know).

The community includes a clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a Gulf-front infinity pool. The second-level sunset deck has incredible views of the coastal dunes and Gulf and includes an outdoor jacuzzi. There’s also a 2nd pool with a cascading waterfall and 2 regulation tennis courts.

Four bikes are included, perfect for exploring. Stroll through the neighborhood boardwalks that wind through the cypress trees and pond areas. This is a great location to enjoy 30A shops and eateries. Kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, swimming, tennis—you’ll find it all right here.

The home backs up to Cypress Dunes Park with a rare recreational lawn area. The front of the house faces Topsail State Park, a peaceful nature preserve. Inside, the relaxing 4 bedroom home sleeps eight. The expansive third-floor loft has 2 double beds, and a separate media room, ideal for kids.

Spring Break Stay

The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with a lot of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. They also had a cabinet full of board games and cards. There were 4 nice beach cruiser bikes to use as well. The pool is heated and very clean. This is our 4th year staying in this community and this house was the best one by far! We had a great vacation staying here.

Everything was perfect. This was our second stay and we are booking again next year. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We used the amazing pool and gym everyday. And the beaches are amazing. Friendly neighbors and great neighborhood for walking!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the BEST experience in this house! We loved every detail & can’t wait to visit again. We had 1 minor gate code hiccup on arrival and the on call emergency service was quick to try and help (even with it being 2am on Christmas after cancelled flights). The company was more than accommodating to us and we sincerely loved the house and location. Pool was amazing. Really hope to visit again!
