This 3 bedroom 2 bath, 5th floor beachfront condo provides fabulous Gulf and sunset views from its private balcony making for a perfect end to a sunny day and beginning to an exciting evening. The MASTER SUITE has direct access to the main balcony and has private bath complete with garden tub, separate shower, and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom as a full size bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. The sleeper couch in the main living room can accommodate 2 more. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with utensils and cooking needs for dining in.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was as described, clean and well maintained. The ease of check-in and advance parking process was an added convenience. Owner and site manager was extremely helpful. The only complaint we had was the location of the outside grills for cooking. They were across the street behind the parking garage. They were also charcoal grills. This was a small thing. It would not keep us from returning. Thank you for a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view!

Fall Break

Beautiful condo and very clean! Steve was great to work with on our one small issue that was not in anyone’s control. The communication was great on the days prior to arrival. Loved the separate ice maker just for the coolers! Thanks for sharing your condo and look forward to staying again. We have stayed at Majestic several times and definitely one of our favorite condos.

Amazing Vacation Home

This was my first visit to Panama City Beach. Steve an awesome host, very responsive and infornative. The condo had a beautiful view of the beach, where you are steps from jet ski & beach chair rentals. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The other bonus was that it was walking distance or a short lyft to plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. I'd highly recommend staying here. The condo was also pretty spacious for 6 adults, we all had our own space.

Majestic Tower 2 #506

We had a great stay at this condo. We had a few issues when we first arrived ( floor sticky, only one parking pass) but Steve ( owner) took care of everything very quickly. Communication was very good. I loved the bed in the master bedroom--so comfortable. The only negative would be that the TV in the living room was not a smart TV so at night we didn't have much to watch on TV. All in all, I would recommend this condo.

Pam and I bought this condo in the summer of 2022 after staying at Majestic Beach ourselves. We knew it would be great for the grandkids with all the pools and the beach right there. And of course there is the incredible sunsets right from the balcony.

What makes this property unique

My wife is a clean freak. So, we try very hard to meet her standards of clean. The first part of that was to do a major deep cleaning which than let to new paint and ditching the carpet in the bedrooms and replacing with LVP flooring and all new appliances. It's hard to be perfect on this topic when you're not there, but we try hard with the help of our excellent cleaning crew.
