Welcome to your vacation home! This family-friendly space is ready to welcome you from the moment you walk through the door. Crisp, clean walls and central air conditioning set the tone for this comfortable space, lovingly furnished with modern beach-inspired decor. Head into the airy living room and enjoy a beverage from the coffee station. The furnished patio provides space to unwind in the fresh air. The front office features a desk workspace (complete with a sofabed, extra seating, and a three-window view of the front yard!) for guests that need to complete remote work or schooling before getting to fun. Cook dinner out on the private gas grill or head into the full kitchen, which is equipped with full-size appliances like a French door refrigerator, wall-mounted oven, and an extra-long prep table. In addition to everything at this home, guests can enjoy access to a shared community pool.

Each bedroom in this home has a unique look, and each one features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fan to allow guests to relax their way. The first cluster of bedrooms is just past the office - the first bedroom is decorated in a bohemian theme, and the second has a fun flamingo theme that's sure to delight. The full bathroom next door (featuring a shower/tub combination) can serve the guests of these two rooms. The second cluster of bedrooms is across the home and just past the kitchen. The third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and plenty of room for younger guests to enjoy activities. The fourth bedroom features a backyard view and reading corner. The full bathroom between these two rooms features a shower/tub combination and a fun fish theme. The fifth and final bedroom is the main bedroom of the house, and is just off the living room on the opposite side. This comfortable main bedroom features a private entrance to the patio and an en suite bathroom that includes double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

As of late May, the one nearby home that is under construction has shifted to interior work.
Due to the removal of a nearby jetty in the bay, a section of WindMark Beach has experienced significant beach erosion in recent weeks. The beach at the end of the private walk from Sunset by the Bay (and the adjoining beachfront lots) will be restored by adding additional sand and rocks. Estimated date of completion – June/July.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
