2nd floor condo-approx. 1,200 sq. Ft. Wake up each morning to a beautiful sunrise from our Lanai-where Manatee and local fish swim below in our community waterway . Each visit has a start up kit of toiletries and paper goods. Kitchen is fully equipped to meet your cooking needs.Public’s Grocery is approx. 1.5 north toward the market place. WI-FI, Smart TV and surround sound available.Our community pool and Spa are heated and the beach is less than 7 minute walk away. Condo comes equipped with beach amenities. Walk or drive to our private beach entrance. Local restaurants and Santini Marina are within walking distance . Approx. 4 miles south of the market place and less than a mile to Lovers cove.
A private doc is available for boat or pontoon rental.
