Friends Vaca

This was perfect for our 3 family stay with kids. A little odd layout for the staircase (watch your head!) And the kitchen amenities are pretty basic so if you plan to rent and cook a lot, you may want to bring some items (ie. there was no baking sheet.) Otherwise, the dock was great to use and close to the main lake and a very large yard for the kids to run around. Location was perfect to go out to dinner in Littleton and a quiet neighborhood.

Overall we had a great stay, there was an issue with the AC condenser leaking in the bunk room, some of our items got wet and we had to keep emptying the pan in a dehumidifier, it was a bit of an inconvienience. I let the management know right away and they showed up within a few hours to look into it. The upstairs bedroom with the bunks really needs to have a door on the bathroom, it's not an ideal situation to share a bathroom with kids with no door on the bathroom and for some reason the lock on the bedroom door is on the outside so I wasn't able to even lock the bedroom door while showering. Everything else was great and with a few adjustments I'd rent the house again without hesitation!
