Home Sleeps 10 guests including children in your "Nightly Rate" but can accommodate up to 12 guests including children with an additional fee. With this fee it will include a air mattress, linens, towels, and extra cleaning. Air Mattress/Sofa Sleeper is NOT included unless paid for.

All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and has no exceptions.
