Modern and newly renovated 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom house for up to 8 people. Perfect and quiet location close to the Hard Rock Casino and walking distance to Dania Casino. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 5 minutes away! Very close to Hollywood boardwalk and beaches (Also 5 min). A playground for kids and field is located within walking distance.

Consists of a Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom, along with another Bedroom and Guest Bathroom.

The home consists of your own parking and walking distance to parks and Dania Casino.

Good for a short stay

Overall the stay was acceptable for our needs. Good location, bare necessities provided, relatively quiet neighborhood. Having said that, communication with the host was non existent. We first attempted contact because the welcome email had blank spaces where the door code should be. A person from a property management company answered the phone and said they would forward our message to the host who would call us back as soon as possible. That call back NEVER happened. We finally found the door code buried deep inside the VRBO site, so it all worked out but the lack of communication could have been a deal breaker. The neighbors were somewhat noisy coming in late at night both nights but it didn't last long. Also the place could use a pest service. There were a few roaches in various places throughout the house. I mean it is Florida, so it's expected, but still. This was our first VRBO experience, and given the communication issue, it might be our last. But otherwise the stay was good.

This place has a great location, however communication is non existent. Only left one roll of toilet paper for 6 adults. Lady who cleans the place started at nine wanting to know when we were leaving at nine am when check out was 11:00. There also needed a broom to sweep up and place really buggy.
