This apartment is functional and comfortable, not luxurious. Full service kitchen. A wall of six French doors look out over a half-acre garden, shaded by tall Eucalyptus trees and lush bougainvillia.

Centrally located, this guest house is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. It's a 20 minute walk to all the excitement and luxury of Rodeo Drive boutiques and restaurants. The surrounding homes are stunning, making a typical morning walk EXTRAORDINARY. Debbie is a warm and accommodating hostess. Had I not been so busy, I would have loved to talk to her more in person. I will definitely be back, sooner rather than later.

Perfection in every way!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners! Location is beautiful and fantastic for exploring on foot or by car. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance plus the Beverly Hills Hotel is only a block away!

The studio is extremely comfortable and has all amenities for a luxury stay. Great decor. Beautiful French doors out to the lovely backyard. It was hot while we were there so the use of the pool was a wonderful treat.

The owners are utterly charming and always made sure that we had everything we needed. We live in LA and used this as a couples getaway for my husband and I. It felt like we were in another world! We will return again. We absolutely adore it!

Beautiful, historic home in Beverly Hills

My husband and I enjoyed a 5 day stay at this lovely property. This historic property in the middle of Beverly Hills was very special and the owner was very gracious. Grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the patio and swimming in the pool which is large enough for swimming laps. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We will defintely stay here again the next time we are in LA visiting our son.

This place was a find - a perfect guest house in a beautiful neighborhood. The studio cottage is just as it appears in the photographs - well appointed with everything you need - all neat, clean, comfortable, spacious, in a garden setting with access to outdoor tables and chairs and a swimming pool - with the Beverly Hills Hotel, just a few yards away. The cottage is also walking distance to restaurants, great breakfast places, pharmacies, groceries, banks and Rodeo Drive shopping. A big plus is wifi, lots of parking, and the proximity of wonderful hosts in the main house, just in case you need them and total privacy if you don't. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

What a sweet little guest house!

Thank-you Debbie for the lovely stay we had at your Rodeo Dr. VRBO. The space is so light and clean and has everything one would need. The swimming pool was so much fun for our grand daughter and a wonderful way to unwind after a day of touristing! We loved your sweet pups Tookie and Jack too! Historic property located on one of the most exclusive streets in the world. Safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood but centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills. This house has been in Deborah's family since 1941. Deborah's father was a Hollywood screenwriter who wrote STALAG 17 with Billy Wilder. We bought it from her parents 22 years ago. It's a well known house in Beverly Hills because it's one of two examples of the Craftsman style in the city. People often tell us it's their favorite house in Beverly Hills.

Convenient to visiting the Santa Monica beaches, the Venice Boardwalk, the UCLA campus, downtown Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, including Universal Studios.

PAYMENT: The first half of your payment is due within one week of booking;once received, the unit will be reserved. Guests are responsible for all transaction fees. Paypal and credit cards add 2.5% to the total for domestic transactions; 3.75% to the total for international transactions. This fee will be deducted from the deposit upon departure.

PARKING – Parking is limited to one vehicle (small or midsize). Please be aware that the house is a historic property, the driveway is narrow and the parking area is tight.

CANCELLATION by Guest – Cancellations forfeit whatever payments have been have been received at the time of the cancellation. If we are able to rent the apartment during the same period we will return the rental amount for the nights we are able to fill, less the amount of the deposit.
CANCELLATION By Owner – The Owner reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time prior to Guest taking possession of the property, due to a family emergency or emergencies that may arise due to a plumbing, electrical or heating malfunction. In such event, all payments made by the Guest to the Owner will be fully refunded, and the Owner will not be held be liable for any damages of any sort incurred by Guest as a result of such cancellation.
INDEMNIFICATION - The apartment is privately owned; the Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guest agrees to release and indemnify Owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the the term of occupancy, resulting from any cause whatsoever, except in the case of personal injury cause by willful gross negligence on the part of the owner. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
