Just once block south of the Beverly Hills Hotel, smack in the middle of Beverly Hills' most exclusive neighborhood. Perfect for an individual or a couple looking for an elite address within a tranquil setting. When traveling with a child, request an extra bed. Bright, cheerful, but simple. This apartment is functional and comfortable, not luxurious. Full service kitchen. A wall of six French doors look out over a half-acre garden, shaded by tall Eucalyptus trees and lush bougainvillia.

For cocktails walk over to the Polo Lounge. Swim in a salt water ool, or dine under the stars on your own private patio. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on Rodeo Drive. Wifi, cable TV and on site parking included.

I am a documentary writer/director and my husband Dale Herd is a screenwriter. We have three children and have lived in Beverly Hills for twenty years. This Rodeo Drive property has been in my family for two generations. The house has a happy and peaceful vibe.

Historic property located on one of the most exclusive streets in the world. Safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood but centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills.

This house has been in Deborah's family since 1941. Deborah's father was a Hollywood screenwriter who wrote STALAG 17 with Billy Wilder. We bought it from her parents 22 years ago. It's a well known house in Beverly Hills because it's one of two examples of the Craftsman style in the city. People often tell us it's their favorite house in Beverly Hills.

I loved this little light filled studio. It has a beautiful view of the back yard garden. Very peaceful and private. Deborah was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable.

Stayed with my mother in the downstairs unit very spacious for us both and the owner of the property greeted us as soon as we arrived and readily available if you needed to reach out - sleeps 3 queen and full bed 2 bedroom separated is upstairs also rentable all the things you need to cook and more. - in the heart of Beverly Hills and we would love to come back.

Delightful visit!

We recently spent five days at the studio on Rodeo Drive. It is a charming and simple space, with everything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, we spent morning walks marveling at the beautiful homes. Some days we walked to the shops and restaurants on Rodeo, but it's also super quick to drive to UCLA on Wilshire or Sunset, and not far at all to the 405 and all that LA offers. Debbie and Dale are super friendly and fantastic hosts. The history of the property is fascinating. We definitely will be back!

Wonderful Location, with Lovely, Helpful Hosts

My friend and I stayed in November, and it was just as described, on the website. No...It was BETTER! Perfectly located for traveling to different areas, and just down the street from the Beverly Hills Hotel, for an amazing lunch, dinner or breakfast. The apartment was so cute, and just the perfect size. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was great to wake up to that LA sun, streaming through the windows. Parking was easy. Debbie was phenomenal to deal with, and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here, again, when in the Los Angeles area.

This lovely studio apartment was perfect for our short stay in Los Angeles. The neighbourhood is beautiful and a short walk to Beverly Hills city centre. Apartment is exactly as shown in photographs. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends or stay here again.

Best address in LA! This amazing little gem suited my needs perfectly.

Centrally located, this guest house is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. It's a 20 minute walk to all the excitement and luxury of Rodeo Drive boutiques and restaurants. The surrounding homes are stunning, making a typical morning walk EXTRAORDINARY. Debbie is a warm and accommodating hostess. Had I not been so busy, I would have loved to talk to her more in person. I will definitely be back, sooner rather than later.

PAYMENT: The first half of your payment is due within one week of booking;once received, the unit will be reserved. Guests are responsible for all transaction fees. Paypal and credit cards add 2.5% to the total for domestic transactions; 3.75% to the total for international transactions. This fee will be deducted from the deposit upon departure.

PARKING – Parking is limited to one vehicle (small or midsize). Please be aware that the house is a historic property, the driveway is narrow and the parking area is tight.

CANCELLATION by Guest – Cancellations forfeit whatever payments have been have been received at the time of the cancellation. If we are able to rent the apartment during the same period we will return the rental amount for the nights we are able to fill, less the amount of the deposit.
CANCELLATION By Owner – The Owner reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time prior to Guest taking possession of the property, due to a family emergency or emergencies that may arise due to a plumbing, electrical or heating malfunction. In such event, all payments made by the Guest to the Owner will be fully refunded, and the Owner will not be held be liable for any damages of any sort incurred by Guest as a result of such cancellation.
INDEMNIFICATION - The apartment is privately owned; the Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guest agrees to release and indemnify Owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the the term of occupancy, resulting from any cause whatsoever, except in the case of personal injury cause by willful gross negligence on the part of the owner. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
