Perfect for an individual or a couple looking for an elite address within a tranquil setting. When traveling with a child, request an extra bed. Bright, cheerful, but simple. This apartment is functional and comfortable, not luxurious. Full service kitchen. A wall of six French doors look out over a half-acre garden, shaded by tall Eucalyptus trees and lush bougainvillia.

For cocktails walk over to the Polo Lounge. Swim in a salt water ool, or dine under the stars on your own private patio. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on Rodeo Drive. Wifi, cable TV and on site parking included.

Location Convenience: Offers a centrally located and elite address. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants in downtown Beverly Hills. 5 minutes from Cedars Sinai Hospital; 7 minutes from the UCLA campus. An easy drive to Venice, Malibu, downtown LA, theme parks and the San Fernando Valley. Also serves as a comfortable home base for day trips to Santa Barbara, Newport Beach, the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. In short, a peaceful oasis in the middle of teeming Los Angeles.

Dear Debbie and Dale... I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of Beverly Hills and convenient to everything! The studio is cheerful and comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality. I will book again the next time I'm in Los Angeles.

The Perfect Location for a trip to LA!

  • 5 of 5

This Rodeo Drive studio is a clean, well kept, & pleasant carriage house that is privately located within the large corner lot of an historic Beverly Hills mansion. If you want to stay in Beverly Hills and not spend a fortune on a hotel room, this is your place! My daughter and I enjoyed a week here for her Spring Break...the studio was perfect for the two of us with a modernized kitchen, Big flat screen TV, a big closet, and updated bath. We enjoyed breakfast on the brick patio. The next time we visit, there will be room for my full family of four by using the larger 2nd floor space that is available too. There's ample off-street parking right next to the carriage house. The owners are very nice and made us feel very welcome (they will tell you all about the fascinating history of the house and let you know of the famous past & present neighbors). There is a gorgeous pool & sunning patio for full use by the guests. Famous Rodeo Drive shopping & Beverly Hills restaurants are within a few blocks to the south and the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel is a short walk directly north (be sure to enjoy some time at the Polo Lounge for lunch or dinner/drinks and request a patio table...no telling who you might see there). Rodeo Drive studio is a great central location for experiencing all that Hollywood/LA has to offer. We will definitely be back (soon we hope)!

Perfect studio in Beverly Hills

  • 5 of 5

What a great place. A light filled, immaculate studio looking onto trees and salt water pool at the side of the main house in a quiet neighborhood. Deborah and Dale so hospitable, welcoming and easy going. Lovely walking around the neighborhood, a few blocks from shops, restaurants etc. Perfect place.

An Oasis in Beverly Hills

  • 5 of 5

The charm of this north Beverly Hills coach house is matched only by the inspired hospitality of owners Deborah Blum and Dale Herd and their two beautiful dachshunds. Super clean with airy spaciousness, my sister and I loved the sprawling backyard in the morning and serenity of the neighbourhood at night – all within walking distance of Beverly Hills. We wanted for nothing and would take this accommodation any day over a hotel in the same neighborhood. Safe, with all the amenities, roomy parking spaces, a pool and a wide entry that can be opened up to reveal the whole unit to the outside. Just beautiful and highly recommended by these discerning travelers.

From the Owner

Historic property located on one of the most exclusive streets in the world. Safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood but centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills. This house has been in Deborah's family since 1941. Deborah's father was a Hollywood screenwriter who wrote STALAG 17 with Billy Wilder. We bought it from her parents 22 years ago. It's a well known house in Beverly Hills because it's one of two examples of the Craftsman style in the city. People often tell us it's their favorite house in Beverly Hills.
