Relax and unwind or explore downtown Indianapolis in our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxurious & cozy retreat!!! Sleeping arrangements for 9 make this the place to share with friends or family. Plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you have a living room and kitchen, with the family room & extra study/chill room if you need to work with high speed WiFi. There are large flat screen smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN & ESPN Plus or log into your favorites streaming services like Netflix and the like.

Great Stay

Great spot for a quick weekend visiting family. House was clean and exactly as pictured, communication with owners was great! Will stay again when in the area!

Just as advertised

We had a great stay and the house was just as pictured.The house has a very nice layout. I walked the neighborhood everyday on the walking path by the ponds and felt safe. We will definitely stay again.

Wedding venue close by so this was perfect! Had everything we needed! Clean, very roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated. Essentials that I didn’t expect! Thank you for a wonderful place for me to share with family!

Very Good

Ease of use, great location for event we attended. Kitchen & bathroom didn’t have hand towels & the front bathroom tub/shower floor was slick. Very minor things easily overcome. Could’ve used more casual seating in the living room. All in all it was a very good stay. Paul was more accommodating than most. We would stay again.
