The home features an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout the first floor, opening to a living room area, a spacious kitchen and island, all-window sunroom and additional den with TV. After a day at the beach, relax in the guest bath which features a jetted tub. The master bedroom includes a fully renovated en-suite bathroom. Gather together after dinner in the newly remodeled basement and enjoy a game of foosball, or watch your favorite movies on the new 52-in Roku TV. The home also features an outdoor patio with seating area and new Weber grill. And to make your beach day even more enjoyable, we provide beach amenities for your use (beach towels, wagon, tent, umbrella, body boards, beach chairs).
The living room is furnished with a new sectional sofa that converts to a sleeper (for 2 additional people), max occupancy 8 persons in the house

Girls Getaway

My friends and I had the most amazing long weekend in this home. The home comes with a beach pass, so we had a full beach day including yoga on the beach. It is also a short drive from downtown where there are many restaurants, ice cream shops, and bars. Would recommend this house for a getaway with friends or family.

Girls Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s place! There were five of us on a girls get away and Jane’s place was wonderful! Very spacious open concept with a large kitchen and wasting area! At night after we explored Chatham we came back and made dinner and played games! So close to the Hy-Line ferry to Nantucket we were able to easily go explore that wonderful island! Sleeping was great! Mattresses were so comfy! Jane had towels for us and some toiletries were provided! The house was well equipped and very clean! Jane was so responsive and gave us many recommendations of places to see in Hyannis and some restaurant suggestions too! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great spot near Hyannis

Excellent stay

Beautifully renovated and clean home, centrally located to Hyannis and Centreville. We were so happy with our choice to stay here with four adults and two kids. The downstairs area was a hit with the kids, while the upstairs has three separate comfortable seating areas for reading or napping. Thank you to Jane for excellent accommodations for our annual vacation.

Comfortable family space

With the addition of the finished basement/media room there was plenty of room for a large family to spend on holiday. Close to Hyannis and east to get around. Also kitchen has so much you are sure to only need to add food.
