Relax in this newly remodeled, cozy and clean condo in the heart of SunnySide! Perfect place for visitors to experience. Whether hiking, biking, exploring, we are ideally situated to access it all. Sparkling pool and sport court are only steps away. Convenient, assigned parking space right in front of the unit. Appliances include a french refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker, washer and dryer. Minutes to Kaiser Permanente, Happy Valley Food Carts, Clackamas Town Center, Happy Valley Park, and Eastside's best shopping and dinning. Borders year round creek and nestled at the base of Mt. Tablert Nature Park and Trail.

This condo is located on ground level, no stairs.

Parking Notes: 1 assigned parking. Unassigned parking is available for up to 3 cars in the parking area.

House rules: our home is not a party place but rather a quiet getaway spot. No loud parties are allowed. No smoking allowed. No smoking inside or outside at the balcony. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. We will ask you to leave immediately if there's any sign of smoking. Quiet hour starting after 10pm. No loud music or movie after that.

Great place

Needed a place to stay during our kitchen remodel and this place was in our budget. Pet friendly as well The only thing I would have loved to see is child friendly cups and dishes. Otherwise it was great overall.
