Endless summer was wonderful!

The home is absolutely beautiful and everything we expected from the online description. We will definitely rent again!

Family vacation

The property itself looked good. It was a poor communication with a property manager. The first welcome message from property manager was that a fridge was not operating properly (which wasn’t). We checked in late at night and parked out vehicle in the front parking spot of the house . Next morning we got a violation notice that we need parking permit , so we called property manager to ask where we can get wristbands and parking permit, she never returned our call for our entire stay. So we to contacted HOA and got better explanation of the rules . The biggest issue with the property was FLEAS!!!! ( or how they call it in FL ‘ Springtails’ ) . Master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor was absolute disaster! Anytime you go in the bathroom they jump on your feet ( and believe me they bite) . We haven’t noticed them until our feet got bitten the next day. We haven’t seen them upstairs though only a couple of live cockroaches . Made videos and pictures and contacted property manager . Their solution was to offer us another property which wasn’t comparable to this property. They also offered us to spray the house while we are staying there which is totally unacceptable ! Bad experience overall and property manager needs to do a better job. We stayed in multiple places at Rosemary/Seacrest Beach before but never had such a bad experience like here. Completely ruined my family vacation .

Perfect Getaway

This house is very cute with just the right amount of space for a family of 4-6. The location was quiet and convenient to both Rosemary and Alys in addition to all that Seacrest offers. The pool is awesome. The beds are really comfortable. The only area for improvement might be window coverings. If you’re light sensitive bring an eye mask. They have blinds but the light peaks through in the mornings but maybe that works out ok if you plan to put chairs on the beach like we did.
