About this property

It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with nice light at all hours of the day. Enjoy your stay away from home with all the amenities that you are leaving behind. Large comfortable beds with the best linens, large TVs and nice a kitchen to make anything you want. If your feeling adventurous, this home is located in the heart of Broadway, just steps away from all the local hangouts spots. And for the morning, you are 50 feet away from Newports new Nitro Coffee Bar.

We like to give our guests as much space as they want so accessing the house is super easy with our check-in instructions. All the locks are keypad smart locks so no need to get keys. Check-in time is anytime after 3PM and come and go as you please. Parking is street parking only and is usually pretty easy to find given the location. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors and suggestions for parking. As we like to give you space, we are also very available for anything guest might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give a call and we are here to help!

Located in the heart of downtown Broadway, you are steps away from all the local hangouts, coffee shop and Caleb and Broad. Walking down Broadway is a great people watching opportunity and stop in to anyplace that looks interesting. And a 7 min walk further down Broadway, you will end up in Downtown Newport Waterfront were the best restaurants and bars and shopping are all at your finger tips. Sitting at The Black Pearl outdoor patio for the best clam chowder is a must on your list.

Access to the guest units is extremely easy with keyless touchpad smart locks. Come and go as you please and no need to schedule time to pick up keys. All guest will have access to their apartment with their own private kitchen and private bathroom.

If your a walking person, everything is within a 10 minutes walk to what you might want to see. 1st Beach is also about 10-15 min walk. If your looking to go see the mansions, might want to get an Uber or walk to town to jump on a pedi cab to still explore the town just moving a little faster than on foot. There is the Newport buss transport that you can jump on and off.

The perfect Newport stay!

We loved staying at this new, clean, and beautifully decorated place. It was well equipped with all we needed. There was 4 of us and lots of space to relax. The location was perfect for walking to all the popular spots. Communications with property manager was super easy and quick using the VRBO app. We were there in off-season. So parking and reservations were not an issue at all. Recommendations were provided which was extremely helpful. We loved The Corner Cafe right around the corner. We loved The Black Pearl for dinner. The Ocean drive at sunset was just amazing. Brick Alley Pub was great for our arrival lunch. Lots of fun decor. Can’t wait to return!

Clean, updated apartment near center Newport

The apartment itself is great, it's pretty new and everything is organized well for a pleasant stay. There were some issues with non-responsiveness from the host and you can hear a bit too much from the apartment upstairs but nonetheless, a wonderful place to stay and a great location.
