About Your Accommodations
Recently upgraded with LVT flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout the property. All 10 guests and your pup will have plenty of space to enjoy themselves after a day on the slopes or trails. As you enter the living space, the main focal point is the fireplace flanked by a large window and glass sliding door, showcasing the mountain view on each side. A private balcony provides a cozy outdoor space to appreciate the view. The great room space accommodates all activities to from cooking and dining to playing games and making memories. Each bedroom is its own getaway with two Queen beds and private bathroom. The bedrooms are separated by a hallway for added privacy. Plus, there is a full third bath to get everyone ready at the same time for a day of Kirkwood activities. The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper perfect for two kids.

Great location, mixed amenities

The location is as good as it gets in Kirkwood. Ski-in, right next to lift 1, Snowkirk. The views from the 8th floor are awesome. Having 3 bathrooms was great for our two families. Two families / 8 folks is about the max you can fit in here. There is a huge tv for watching movies, even if the dvd player doesn't work. The internet was fast enough to stream whatever you want. The smart home lock / hvac website from the property manager is useful. The things that weren't so great: the gear room for the building was unavailable, being used for construction, so all the ski gear had to get dragged up the elevator and stored in the condo. The fireplace was "not working." The closet space is scarce, as most are locked up and filled with the owners stuff. Snow removal around the unit, especially in the parking lot behind it, is not good. Bring shovels that can get through ice and snow. It was very snowy, but we still spent four hours digging our suv out. It can become an ice rink / freezing slush swamp. Limited paper goods, dishwasher detergent, spices and no laundry detergent, so bring everything you need. The general store really doesn't have much beyond sandwiches, so being self sufficient is the best plan.

Steps away from lifts at Kirkwood

Nice property, great location. 3 full baths make it easy to manage for everyone getting ready at once. Just upstairs from 7800 Bar and Grill so also super easy access to food (which is not easy to find at Kirkwood).
