About this property

All bedrooms, living room and dining room have expansive views of Nassawadox Creek. Stroll down to the private dock for an evening drink, to fish or go crabbing. Take out one of our 2 kayaks to explore the creek and bay. When you return from exploring, jump into the newly renovated pool and sun on the deck pool is open as of May 1,2022. Note it is an unheated pool.

It has a master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower tub are on the second floor. There is a half bath for guests on the first floor. This house is our family vacation home and is in a rural, quiet area. No parties are permitted. Cape Charles is a 40 minute drive. Wachapreague is 30 minutes. Chatham Vineyards is 25 minutes. Take day trips up to Chincoteague or Kiptopeke Park and retreat back to a quiet sanctuary. The nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away in Exmore, Virginia.

Beautiful week away from it all!

What a wonderful place to unwind and really relax! The house is very spacious with lots of character, which i love. Kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor space was amazing. Pool was fantastic, i love a pool deep enough to actually be able to swim!! At night, you could see more than just stars, you could see whole galaxies! We love places like this that are away from any hustle and bustle. Thank you for sharing your home.
