Boasting all the comforts of a home away from home, this charming, dog-friendly retreat boasts a prime location in the Ruth Hardy Park/Movie Colony area of Central Palm Springs, a quiet corner lot in a small cul-de-sac.

This ground-floor home is all about entertainment–it doesn't matter whether you'd like to stay inside and spend a snuggly evening at home or spend an entertaining time outside. The covered patio area boasts endless outdoor entertainment with an inviting seating area, an outdoor dining area, and a private gas grill. Yes, we're reading your mind. This spot is perfect for family barbecues! From the covered patio, you'll enjoy a private courtyard entry to the fenced pool area. The pool area is perfect for family gatherings with the sun high up and shining down on you. You'll come across a sparkling outdoor pool, pool spa, another outdoor dining area, and three chaise lounges–the perfect spot to work on your tan.

Inside, you'll come across a well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Gather around the large flatscreen Smart TV with cable and snuggle up on the sofa for an entertaining movie marathon with your loved ones! Feeling cold? The gas fireplace has your back during your stay. This well-equipped space boasts stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, electric oven, and all the cookware to fix delicious meals and snacks. The adjoining dining table seats up to six and the breakfast bar offers four more spaces with high bar chairs. Nighttime cocktails with your friends sound like a dream, right? The bartender of the group will have at their disposal a well-appointed wet bar by the kitchen.

This home has three inviting bedrooms, each one with its own charms and comforts. The main bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom/office has a flatscreen Smart TV with Roku, a nice desk, and shares a full bath with the third bedroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice property, quiet neigbourhood. Yard is in need of more attention, gardeners do the minimum (no pruning or significant clean up) Hence, the slightest wind sends debris into the pool. House is well equipped and functional. Despite asking and paying for pool heat, it was not turned on prior to arrival. Took over 24 hours to heat the pool with the old and inefficient heater.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this home. It is a great location. But a bit outdated in terms of decor. The bathrooms are very outdated and the shower head I hallway bathroom was broken, so showering was a challenge. Sink stopper was broken. Really disappointed in all of the fees and taxes. For 3 nights, the cost was roughly $1300.00. With taxes and fees to the tune of 700.00 it brought a 3 night stay to over 2000.00. The rules and regulations are a complete turnoff. I understand , these are city requirements, but they made us nervous our about having any fun out by the patio or pool. We did not use pool, as it was another $72.00 per day. We did however get charged a fee to clean pool. This is just wrong and should be removed if not using. There is also quite a bit of owner spices etc in cupboards, which was gross. Will come back to Palm Springs, but will book at a resort. So we can enjoy ourselves fully.

Overall satisfied
Elena Lopez was very friendly and receptive to all my concerns and questions. I rate it 2/5 because the day bed had urine stains We were not able to use the bed. I left the day bed untouched so that it can be cleaned properly for future renters. Sink in bathroom drains slowly, and Trash can outside was almost full. The location of the property was peaceful and tranquil. House is not modern but nicely maintained.

Needs upgrading
I have been going to Palm Springs for eleven years during April. This property was the most stressful of all my visits. Although the grounds were nice, communication with the property management company was very stressful. I waited a couple weeks for return emails about the check in process, etc. If they just spent $5000 on upgrades it would have been excellent. Multiple vertical blind slats were missing, shower controls were impossible without calling maintenance and sign on air conditioner said not to set it lower than 76 or it would freeze. People have been complaining about the shower controls for two years and nothing has been done. I had to wait 24 hours to shower after arriving.
