welcome to our gorgeous scottsdale oasis ! this recent remodel house is located in top scottsdale area which with less than 5 min drive you'll get to kierland shopping center and all the restaurants . on the back yard we provide you a private resort ! huge heated pool* ,outdoor kitchen with high quality grill and smoker and a large artificial lawn grass .
*there is a $60 charge per day for heating the pool ( optional) if you want to use it ,you will get another payment request after the booking .

Great Location, Average House....

First, the host was super responsive to us and this is good Kierland location. The house is very tired. Weeds need to be removed in front yard, needs paint in the backyard, patio chairs rickety, table lamps at the end of the useful lives, WiFi is weak, glassware/silverware/dishware are eclectic, sheets & towels need to be replaced, etc. While staying, the Host did replace the wine fridge, clean the grill, repaired the patio chairs, replaced the toaster and brought us more towels (only had 4 sets when we arrived), and reimbursed us for the dishwasher soap and paper products. This property needs more TLC. Again the Host was super-responsive; it just needs a bit of improvement and a thorough cleaning.

A North Scottsdale Gem

This is a fantastic house in a great north Scottsdale location. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Big kitchen. Great layout. House has everything you need for your stay. Host is on top of everything.. We would definitely rent this house again.

Ok stay in Scottsdale

Our family stayed in this home over our spring break. The house is ok but needs some attention to detail in a few areas: the kitchen is big but not very well stocked. The bedrooms were ok but the fans made loud noises all night. The pool area was large but the grounds needed attention…paint, landscaping, etc. The house is in a good location but we would probably not choose to stay here again for the price.

Scottsdale Trip

Great place to gather. Green egg was great for us, outdoor dining area was great, set up inside was excellent. Great experience and host was very good at communicating with us.
