Beautiful two story home on 3 acres overlooking a stunning, private 1 acre pond. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with an open floor plan that entertains extremely well. Relax in the large bedrooms or hang out in the open living room/kitchen area, and enjoy drinks from the wet bar. The island seats 6 and the dinner table seats an additional 4. The dinner table also opens up into a poker table. Make sure to take in the beautiful outside scenery rocking on the wrap around front porch and catching a few fish from the stocked pond. Come enjoy this beautiful and updated home in Aggieland.

Very nice weekend

We had a very nice weekend. Very pricey but resort like feel on property. Unaware that owner actually lives there (not present) and fridge was pretty full but with ice machine and coolers we made it work. Very well stocked. Coffee maker kerig not standard for those who plan ahead. Owner communicated well. Over all fun weekend

Great family time

This was a fabulous location for our family. The size of the home was perfect; the landscaping, pond, hot tub,...it was the perfect place for our family to stay; we arrived from several areas in TX; great time in Aggieland!
