This large, perfectly placed home has all you need and more! Indian Brook is in Bolton Landing on 3 acres of property with endless lake views and the calming sound of the rushing brook running through the property. This home has 3 levels and an in-law suite. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a detached coffee bar. Also on the main level are the dining room, full bath/laundry area, and living room. The dining room features a large table, perfect for gathering the family around for dinner. The living room is spacious and offer’s beautiful views of Lake George.

The second-floor features 3 bedrooms and the in-law suite. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full attached bath with a stand-up shower with views! The other 2 bedrooms have an attached jack and jill bathroom. With one bedroom featuring a queen bed and the other a twin over full bunk bed. Also on the main level is the in-law suite. This suite offers its own full kitchen, living space with a pull-out sofa, a full bath, and a separate bedroom. The bedroom features another king bed. This suite is perfect for anyone looking to spend time with family but has the option of privacy or their own space.

The lower level is the perfect spot to hide away, relax, and unwind. Featuring a bar, pool table, and large walkout patio overlooking the lake and Indian Brook, this space has all you need and more. The lower level also offers another bedroom! This bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle, a perfect room for the kids to hang out in!

Step outside and take in the views. This home has, even more, to offer outside! Off the back patio is a hot tub, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The patio features a large grill for all your outdoor cooking needs as well as outdoor furniture. Cookout and enjoy a meal in the outdoors. Take a walk down to the brook and go for a swim in the swimming hole or unwind in a hammock. At night enjoy the fire pit, and roast marshmallows while making memories to last a lifetime. Indian Brook Lodge also offers lake access just a short drive, to Bell Point. This property also offers dock space for up to a 24-foot boat, if you have a larger boat please inquire within. Bring your own boat or ask us where to rent one. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only.

Fantastic on-site stream & Private Getaway

Property manager Chris was fantastic and extremely responsive. They had a nice surprise welcome package for the 4th of a July weekend for us. Absolutely loved the running stream and water hole in the back and the ability to walk around the property. Great views of the lake from sitting on the back deck. We used the spa which was clean and relaxing. Lots of space to do your own thing as well as great family spaces. We had a boat so we had to drive to the boat dock, so not as convenient as I would like, but there was a nice little area to enjoy the lake from. It has a large fire pit and is close to town but still very private. Large in-law type suite was perfect for an additional privacy and space. Areas for improvement include fixing a few doors between the bedrooms and bathrooms as they did not close and fixing the leak in the living room that happened twice during our stay. We would absolutely stay again. A little pricey for not being directly on the lake, but a lot of space.

Exceptional property and experience

Very well appointed and curated property - all the things you expect in this type of getaway - comfortable beds; very clean; exceptional property - quiet, private and good layout that was great for gathering and interacting. Don’t think twice - if you are looking for a picturesque getaway this is the place.
