Remodeled three bedroom ranch home, complete with beautiful updated kitchen granite counter tops and new cabinets and appliances. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for eating in. Master bedroom contains king size sleep number bed, the second bedroom has a king size sleep number bed, the third bedroom with double doors has a very comfortable queen size bed as well as a queen size pull out couch bed in the living room. The master bedroom also has a TV. The living area has a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. The house has cable TV plus WiFi. Steps away from the front door is a small quiet family park with gazebos, playground, picnic tables, grill and small private beach great for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Watch beautiful sunsets while enjoying the evening breeze. Step out back onto a quiet patio. Patio includes a table and chairs. The garage is stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, BBQ grill, and outdoor chairs. The property has plenty of outside space with room to play. No steps or stairs anywhere! Conveniently located just north of Tarpon Springs, home of the world famous Sponge Docks, a short drive to the the popular Clearwater Beach and short 30 miles to Busch Gardens Theme Park.

Great stay!

We had a great experience staying here! The house was cozy, clean and the decor was inviting! Just one issue with the listing was that it said two king sleep number beds but they weren’t sleep number and there was only one king. But it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Sherri for your great communication!

March Vacation Fun

We had a lovely time at this home, our second time here. There was a glitch getting in but it was straitened out quickly and no harm done. The neighborhood is recovering from the hurricane last year and there was a lot of construction going on so a lot of truck traffic but this house was great and everything is well maintained. There is so much to do in the area from spring training games to the Casco Festival and parade that we had a great time. Many nice restaurants nearby and the home has a really nice grill which we enjoyed a lot. Hope to visit again!
