Nice house, but not worth it

The house is very nice, kind of commercialized but overall a really nice place to spend a weekend. The back sliding glass door sticks pretty badly and there are random rooms locked and closed off which I do not think was disclosed, but it wasn’t a big deal. However, I moved some sheets off of a couch so we could sit on it and I was accused of stealing them. And then charged. And also charged a significant amount for a strip being bent on the pool table, which was there when we arrived but not enough of a big deal that we thought to photo it. And then we were charged for it. I tried to ask for a video or some proof but alas, I just had to pay the random amount that was dictated. So while the house was nice, I’d steer clear of it bc you never know what this host is going to accuse and charge you for doing. I’ve stayed at over a dozen places and never paid a dime for damages until now. I also see they accused someone of stealing silverware, so at least it wasn’t just us.

40th Birthday in the Poconos

Everything was as described in the description of the property. We had a range of people that seemed to enjoy the house as a whole. There was a good amount of use of the game room, Plenty of places to sleep, and a well stocked (with utensils and cooking essentials) kitchen. I tend to over-prepare and brought a lot of things that were already there for me. Only one person got to the hot tub due to weather, but he said it was great. Overall a great house, and Alliance was a super attentive host! Thanks you!

Winter Vacation 2022

We had such a nice time. The game room was awesome we had a lot of fun down there. Kitchen was nice and easy to cook in and the living room felt very cozy. It was a nice welcoming feel! Even got to see it snow that was great too!

Nice house

Our family really enjoyed our weekend here. The house is really nice, clean and cozy. Dwayne is an excellent host and we didn't have any problems communicating. He answered all our questions promptly. The community was very nice also. Our family loved to watch the deers as they strolled by every morning. It was all great, no complaints! Thank you!
