We arrived on Wednesday August 17 at 3 pm. I noticed all of the mini split vents were caked with dirt and dust, I washed out the ones that I could, the one at the top of vaulted ceiling was unreachable.
My daughter fell through wicker furniture on the lanai, I told the management about the unsafe furniture, they did not change it out or address it.
While on both lanais, we looked for the ocean views as the property listed that, due to the pictures being outdated, the pictures of the listing did not reflect the views of what was actually visible.
I notified KBM management of the situation.
August 18, we notified management that our washer and dryer wasn’t working. They offered more towels which was nice.
We noticed blood on the sheets in the primary bedroom upon arrival. They changed them out the next day.
We notified KBM about excessive ants in the kitchen. Everyday there was a line of ants on the countertop and stove.
