About this property

The house on a country farm tucked into a grove of cottonwood trees. Theres great fire pit area with picnic tables and chairs. You have access to an amazing yard with a trampoline, sandbox, climbing equipment, slides and swings. Theres a cute little play house. There are Some swinging hammock chairs. Your back off the road so it’s peaceful and quiet. A Great Central location. Just 20 minutes from Rexburg, 10 minutes from Rigby and 30 minutes from Idaho Falls. Yellowstone is 1 and 45 minutes away and Teton National Park and Jackson Hole wy is only 1 1/2 hours away, Sun Valley is only 1 1/2 hours away. We are 12 minutes from Kelly Canyon Ski resort and tons of mountain biking trails as well as 7 minutes from Heise Hot Springs. Grand Targhee Ski Resort is 1 1/2 hour drive, Jacksonhole resort is 1 1/2 hour drive from here.

Nice little guest house

Great place in Rigby to stay. We loved the large gathering space with a fireplace and had it been warmer we would have spent. More time in the awesome yard. The bathtub is also amazing. The only thing I would change about the listing is to clarify that the second bathroom is not accessible from inside the house. You have to go outside and enter it from another door. I didn’t notice anything about that in the listing.

Superb host

I was amazed by the host's communication and flexibility to work with my flight schedule for check-in and check-out. She even offered a ride back to the airport if necessary. The property was lovely and provided me with a quiet retreat when in town for a friends wedding. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

It was definitely a country hide a way.

Beautiful property and comfortable house. We liked the rural setting. It was a good home base for the things we wanted to do. Only suggestions would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom with the map as it sags in the middle a fair bit. Also, having coffee filters on hand for the coffee maker would be nice.
