2 Bedroom lockout unit sleeps 8 people. Beautiful spacious unit with washer and dryer in the unit. 2 connecting units, one full kitchen and one kitchenette, 1 bedroom that connects to a studio unit. Unit number assigned at checkin! Full kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer in the unit. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Resort will supply starter of toilet paper and unit is fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc.
Balconies are not guaranteed on these units.
Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental.

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep and cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! No daily housekeeping. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Turtle Cay Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy. The rental guarantees UNIT/LODGING ACCOMODATIONS ONLY. WE make no promise as to the availability of ANY or ALL amenities at the resort.
