About this property

Open concept, newly remodeled, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, top floor condo available for a wonderful family vacation. The wrap around screened deck provides a breath taking lakeview at first sight.
Wake up to the same incredible lakeview in the King bed primary suite with 4 piece ensuite master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and connecting bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and private bath. This units sleeps 6 comfortably.
Fully stocked galley kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and separate laundry facilities. Enjoy smart cable TV and family game night in the spacious living room. WiFi is also provided.
Boat Slip can be reserved for an extra charge of $100/weekend $200/full week.

The Palisades is a gated community, a fabulous family complex with 3 outdoor swimming pools. This complex is not a good choice for events like bachelor or bachelorette parties. The Palisades is located on Horseshoe Bend near shopping, two golf courses, and amazing restaurants making it the perfect vacation spot any time of the year.
Additional complex rules:

Better than expected!

We knew from the pics this condo would give us LOCATION, space for the family (5 adults & 1 infant) to stretch out, the amount of bed/baths we needed and a screened in balcony with a good lake view. But what we didn't see from the photos is how exceptionally clean this condo was, the higher-end materials that are in the kitchen and how well appointed this place was. Very comfortable. First thing we noticed walking in the door is the nice new carpet vacuumed from corner to corner. Walking in further we noticed it smelled fresh & clean. The kitchens granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & marble all shined. And once we opened the shades to the balcony, which stretched the entire width of the condo, we saw exactly what I was hoping for-a spectacular view of the lake. And the balcony was spotless. You don’t find that much at the Lake, but this one was unbelievably clean. We HIGHLY recommend this condo. The owners were very communicative/informative and made sure we knew they were available if we needed them, but we didn't. The only thing that we couldn't tell from the photos that wasn't on the exceptional side was the master bathroom shower. It was pretty tight. Especially given how spacious the bathroom is overall. But not a big deal. Again, super super clean condo and extremely well appointed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for hosting my family during this milestone birthday get-a-way!

Family Reunion - Summer Vacation
