Open for booking weekly, month to month (minimum 3 days). Professional, and polite environment for work or vacation. We also have beach towels for your stay one per person. The house has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. This house has 3 levels and the garage (bottom level) is occupied by the owner (separate from the 2nd and 3rd level). Parking is on the front driveway and also has open street parking. We have AC as well as fans and heater. Free wifi & washer and dryer. Rates and prices may vary due to how long your stay is. Not what we thought

We arrived to the property to find we had a room mate. Apparently the mother in law unit was being rented by a tenant. We were unaware, and also didn’t realize we had to share the drive way. No big deal but got a text at 9pm asking us to move our car over a couple feet to share the driveway. The master bedroom had a spoiled smell. The sheets didn’t feel or smell clean. Come to find out it was the mattress pad. The instructions checking out specifically said to leave the mattress pad on when removing the sheets. The smell from the pad was permitting. I had to take all the bedding to the laundry mat and wash it. All bedrooms had minimal bedding. And 2 pillows didn’t have pillow cases. I had to barrow bedding from a family member. We didn’t have access to a washer/ dryer. A family of 4 in a house for a week was hard not to do a load of laundry. The heat was hard to regulate and was constant. Uncomfortable to sleep with on all night but got too cold if we turned it off. The location was great! Neighborhood felt very safe.

Heed my warning and do not stay here!!!

When we arrived at the property, someone made the beds with dirty sheets & had not cleaned the bathrooms or kitchen. The owner had housecleaners clean the property in about 2.5 hours but, there were still clumps of hair in a bath tub & on the floor of the other bath. Also, they made 2 of the beds with new, unwashed, fitted sheets (no top sheets. Based on a previous review, I had enquired about beds being made without top sheets & was assured they would have them). A 3rd bed was made with a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet. The fact that the new sheets were unwashed gave my wife an allergic rash. On the 3rd day, the owner supplied new sheets for 2 of the beds, but I had to wash/dry them to get rid of the foul factory scent & avoid another allergic reaction. Based on a previous review, I had enquired if we would have control of the thermostat & was assured we would. There is an old style round thermostat that doesn't appear to do anything. After several attempts to adjust the AC, I messaged the owner & it miraculously came on within a minute. The same thing happened every other day & they would reply with "let me reset the system" or "let me pair the system's", which is code for "let me turn it on". While the property description does say 'the bottom level is occupied', know that means you will be able to hear them talking, using the blow dryer, watching TV, etc. I requested a modest partial refund & was told they would give a discount on a future stay. "Fool me once..."

It's a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It was well maintained, and everything worked. You have no control over the AC. The temperature in the rental area was consistently in the upper 70s to low 80s. This made sleeping at night very difficult. Hot during the day. The place came with towels, hangers, and such. There was no iron nor washer and dryer as these are in the off limits area. It also listed there were beach towels and I never located them. The place was fairly clean, the shower walls which are glass aren't as clean, lots of either soap or hard water deposits. Maybe both. Also the fridge wasn't wiped down as the trays inside had crumbs and what not on them. The bed was comfortable but was lacking a top sheet. Instead it was a bottom sheet and then the comforter. I hope that comforter is washed after each visit. Communication was a bit rough at first. I was almost at the rental and still hadn't received check-in instructions. I finally had to call (no answer) and text he owner. He says he sent them but they must have failed to be delivered. I did get them the second time around and the check-in process was easy. Checking out requires a bit of house keeping, but wasn't too bad. You'd think the cleaning fee would cover this though. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't. The lack of temperature control plus the missing amenities (and the things you think a place close to the beach would have) are enough that I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

Beautiful house in perfect location

This is a wonderful place to stay. Its clean, beautiful and in the perfect location. I grew up in this neighborhood and my brother and mom still live there so it was super convenient. I look forward to staying here again. It was perfect.
