For your safety the Board declared the condominium complex closed due to Hurricane Ian October 1st, and that statement is anticipated to remain in effect for the balance of 2022. The closure will be reevaluated in December after reviewing recovery progress.

Guests have access to two pools on site, Tennis Courts, pickleball, shuffle board and much more included an on-site Cafe and Tiki Hut!

Clean and perfect location to Public Beach access

There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler for us to use. We drove to the beach and paid the $2 per hour to park so as to haul all our things but ended up spending all day every day on the sand. If you plan to spend a lot of time on the balcony at the condo, this one has a parking lot only view so no ocean in sight. As it was for us, our needs were met!
