Constructed in 2021, this spacious (1900 sq ft) townhouse is an end-unit with an abundance of windows for picturesque mountain views. It has three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and an attached two car garage. It is conveniently located a short walk from the free Mammoth Shuttle and the Creekhouse Recreation Building featuring a large outdoor spa. You also have access to the nearby Snowcreek Athletic Club for a daily guest fee. During your stay, winter guests can store their gear at our ski locker located at Canyon Lodge, so you can enjoy apres-ski in comfy shoes and avoid lugging your gear in your car or shuttle.
This dog friendly townhouse features a bright and open upstairs floor plan with a gas fireplace. Watch TV shows and movies from your favorite streaming services on a 75-inch Smart QLED TV with Dolby Atmos sound. Dine well in a well-stocked gourmet kitchen with a spacious bar that seats five, directly adjacent to a dining nook that seats eight. In the warmer months, enjoy grilling and relaxing on the two covered decks.
After an active day on the mountains, you will sleep well. The king and queen beds are outfitted with Leesa hybrid mattresses. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has a deluxe foam springless mattress that you can actually comfortably sleep on. Each bedroom is an en suite with 55-inch Smart QLED TVs. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with a full over full bunk that is perfect for kids, making total sleep accommodations for 8.
Stay connected (only if you want to) with complimentary high-speed gigabit internet. There is a downstairs laundry room, so you can pack light. The attached two car garage allows for convenient access and includes a 220V outlet for electric car charging. Not only does this wonderful townhome have central heat, but we have also installed air conditioning for the hot summer days.
NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.
