Escape to our elegantly appointed 1BD condo with a Bay of Cannes Mediterranean Sea view in the picturesque French Riviera seaside town of Théoule-sur-Mer, 5 min from the beach and near Cannes and Madelieu.

The condo features one bedroom with double-size bed and a living room sofa bed that sleeps two. Internet, air-conditioning, and private underground parking all included.

Located in one of the most beautiful Côte d'Azur resort towns of Théoule-sur-Mer, the apartment is in a secure building tucked between the Estérel Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This former fishing village is now a popular summertime destination with seven public beaches and, in typical French Riviera style, has private beaches with stylish waterfront restaurants. Théoule-sur-Mer is also home to Pointe de l'Aiguille beach, which was crowned most beautiful beach on the Côte d'Azur 2021.

Located in the heart of the French Riviera, Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, Monaco, Eze, Grasse, Juan les Pins and all the charming towns of the Cote d'Azur are within easy reach by train, car or ferry. Théoule-sur-Mer has a train station for easy connection across the Riviera but car is highly recommended as the bus stop is a 12 min walk downhill.

Very cozy & clean apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is a small apartment but there’s everything you need. The pool area is really nice and there’s a short road down the hill to the beautiful beach. The host S and also Esther were really nice and helpful. We loved our stay and will absolutely come back someday.
