About this property

. This home offers ample outdoor space with a private heated pool, hot tub, large pool deck with Tiki Bar, outdoor TV, and gas firepit for those cool beach nights. Pool season from April 1st through October 31st. Pool heat only works when outside temp is above 55 degrees. Numerous decks offer a variety of seating areas for group gatherings or private getaways.
Indoor entertainment is plentiful for young and old alike, offering a large game room with a pool table and arcade. The brand new, well equipped kitchen is sure to please all.
Home sleeps 17 people
The open top level has the kitchen with a center island, 2 dining areas, Family room and a King master with full bath. This level is surrounded by spacious decks including teak dining tables to seat 12 and a gas grill outside of the kitchen for easy grilling.
Mid level - 4 Bedrooms 2 have ensuite baths and 2 share a full bath. 2 king rooms, 1 room with pyramid bunk with Full over Queen and 1 with 2 twin bunk beds.
Lower level has 1 queen bedroom and 1 pyramid bunk with twin over Double.
Numerous oversized landings and front hallway provide unique entertainment areas for all ages. Office area with highspeed internet will allow the work-a-holic in your group the ability to pretend to work in an ideal beach setting.

Limited toiletries will be included in a welcome package. We include linens for the beds, a bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest and a kitchen towel. 1 Beach towel per guest will also be provided.
8 adult beach chairs 4 youth beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas along with a variety of boogie boards and 2 wagons are provided for your enjoyment.

Early check in time is 2:30 and check out time is 9:30

Our property is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs max. There is an additional cleaning fee if you chose to bring your pet as we hire extra cleaning crew. As a result of a number of people bringing pets without paying the fee or bringing more than the max allowed, effective immediately, there will be a fine of $500. if you choose to break the rules.

Highly recommend

Our family vacation of 17 people was so enjoyable in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had a rain day, and there was plenty of games and puzzles to keep all ages busy. It was a short walk to the beach, which was wonderful. The owner was available for any questions that we had promptly and made everything run smoothly. I would highly recommend this home for any large group. ❤️

Spring Break 2024

We had three family stay at this location and it was perfect, easy walk to the beach, weather was less than ideal but the house was so accommodating with so much for everyone to do! Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tube along with the cross fit and the volley ball court

Great Property but camera viewing was a little much

This was a great property but owner was a little heavy on viewing cameras. I get making sure everything is on the up and up but questioning is a little much. This was our sons spring break and there were parents there throughout the stay but owner questioned it throughout the stay.

Birthday Weekend

We rented this property for the weekend (February 23-26) for my Mother-In-Law's birthday weekend. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you would need from entertainment to cooking. We have stayed at other rental homes (in the area), but this is the first house to have several different outdoor activities such as mini golf, volleyball/badminton, and boccie ball courts, and a small CrossFit, super cool area. Additionally, this property has many different board games and puzzles, more than the average rental home, great for kids and family nights. The tiki bar was super cool, even though we didn't use it due to the cooler weather but the hot tube and fire pit were awesome. The newly installed elevator was a nice addition for loading and unloading cars and groceries and bypassing the stairs. The walk to the beach is super easy (no busy roads). Even though it was cold and windy, we still made several trips to the beach. Some suggestions, it would be nice to have the backyard fenced in. This property is dog-friendly, and it would be nice to let them run around (outside of the pool area). Also, we wanted to make smores with the fire pit but the house didn't have skewers. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. We have begun talks about renting again next year. The owner is super nice and welcoming, with open and fast communication during the whole stay at all hours. We were welcomed with open arms and treated like family, thank you!

Just lovely!

We had an excellent time staying on this property for a friend's retreat! I would recommend this house to those looking to accommodate a large group of friends!
