Wonderful stay and amenities close to Disney and ESPN

This is our second time staying at this property. Nearby ESPN and Disney parks with heated pools / lazy river, whirlpools. Great food and drink options. The timeshare pitch is a little aggressive.

Terrible customer service

DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I booked this place for my in laws. They are Russian speaking and I wanted to help them out so I booked it through the VRBO app under my name. I messaged Christian RPR the same day I booked to tell them it would be my in laws staying there and not me. I never heard back. About a week before check in I reached out to inquire about the name change and was told it was too late to change it!! This was absolutely wrong because I inquired about it the same day I booked it! They did finally agree to reach out to the owner and charged me $99 immediately. The problem was the owner never responded and on the day of check in I spent 2 hours on the phone talking to the inconsiderate people who could care less (Jamal) about the issue that THEY caused. I asked them to call the resort and tell them who was checking in and make it right! They did nothing to help the situation that THEY CAUSED. My in laws ended up having trouble getting checked in of course! The wonderful manager at the resort understood the issue and with no hesitation allowed them to check in no problem. This company doesn't care about people. They charged me for the name change even though they didnt actually get the change done. They refused to refund me the $ too. The only reason I'm ok now is because they were allowed to check in but a lot of unneeded stress was endured and this company is terrible! They truly are just bad people who don't have any understanding or care. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!

Beautiful Property

The property was clean and beautiful. The lights in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and when you check in they put a lot of pressure on you to attend one of those timeshare meetings where they pay you $100. I wasn't interested in that. Otherwise the location was great, resort had everything you needed to keep kids busy, and Starbucks to keep me awake.
