This newly-constructed (2021) lakeside rental is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the private garage, the BBQ and the firepit and dock near the lake.

This lower-level unit was designed for the comfort and convenience of short-term guests.

Hot Springs Village member amenities, such as golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, etc. are also available to guests at visitor rates.

A relaxing getaway!

My sisters and I decided to take my mom on a birthday weekend getaway and we had the best time at this property! It was so nice to relax and spend time together at the house and enjoy the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have a peaceful weekend away from home!

Nice home in beautiful area.

Lakefront guest home was as relaxing as promised. Very comfortable for our group of four. Neighborhood is quiet and scenic. Would love to visit again.

Sweet getaway

This place was beyond perfect for us. I love a lake view and this provided. This place was immaculately cleaned and so cozy. We loved making a fire every night and we did kayak out on the lake. If you are looking for relaxing this is your place.

We had a great time exploring Hot Springs and the Lakes around area. The house was wonderful and we would stay there again.

The owners of this property, Jim and Cindi, are Hot Springs Village residents who wanted to share this great community with visitors to the area. The property was built in 2021 with short-term rentals in mind. Our son lives in the upstairs unit, and is generally available to assist with any needs you may have.

Why they chose this property

This property is nestled in the trees on beautiful Lake Coronado, great for girlfriend getaways, a couples retreat, or a small family vacay.

What you'll appreciate:
* This unit was new in 2021! New appliances, new furniture and mattresses, new flooring...
* The private swim platform/boat dock, with two beginner kayaks (Apr - Oct only).
* The sense of security provided by the manned gates, the private garage bay, and the separate entrance.
* The manager inspects the unit between each set of guests, for cleanliness and maintenance.
* A welcome basket with cookies made by a local baker.
* Driveway parking and off-street parking pad for a golf cart or boat trailer.
* View of/access to Lake Coronado, including a lakeside fire pit (firewood included) and a private dock for fishing and boating. NOTE: If Garland County issues a burn ban, the fire pit will not be available to use.
* Exceptional cleanliness and sanitizing, including all bed, bath and kitchen linens.
* Simple, common-sense house rules.
* A local area e-guidebook provided immediately upon booking.
* The full kitchen is well stocked, including coffee as well as some spices and condiments.
