Lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a large fenced yard in a convenient and quiet location close to Coralville Lake!

The large master bedroom boasts a plush king sized bed, walk in closet, and private bath!

A second bedroom also on the main level includes 2 twin sized beds just off the main living room space.

The lower level, which is ground level, includes a 3rd bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom right next door, and another living space with access to the patio and backyard.

There is a 2 stall attached garage for parking your vehicles.

Quiet and Pleasant

We had a great time at this property. Everything was accurate and the property manager checked in several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was there for cooking. Would recommend this to anyone.

Very nice!

My family and friends really enjoyed this rental. Everything was 5 star worthy! We stayed May 11-14, 2022. It was a short drive to The University of Iowa College where we attended my son's graduation from Law. Special thanks to Jason Sandersfeld for my favorite coffee pods for the Keurig! I would stay here again. :)

Relaxing & Quiet Location

Property as advertised. Well furnished, comfortable memory foam beds and couches. Owners were great to work with. Enjoyed our holiday weekend at this quiet location.
