This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom decorated direct ocean condo has one of the best views in the building. You will never forget your time on the balcony overlooking the beach and Intracoastal. At night the city lights up making the balcony the perfect spot to sit and take in the cool night breeze and gorgeous views. Inside amidst reclaimed wood, organic sheets, and cotton robes you have three Keetsa king beds, large flat screen TV's in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and both a washer and dryer. Every piece of furniture in this immaculate residence has been hand selected by top designers and custom made to perfectly accent the space. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.
