Cute Bungalow in Government Hill - 5 mins to Pearl & 7 to riverwalk and downtown

Enjoy the location of our home- you truly cannot beat it! This is a newly renovated Bungalow with a beautiful, large master suite on the second floor and two private bedrooms upstairs, all with balcony access to the green backyard, a rare finding right outside the city! 1 min to Ft Sam Houston, less than 5 min from the historic Pearl. Less than 10 minutes to BAMC, Downtown, and the Quarry. Enjoy the natural light and comfy beds or the nice weather with a fresh cup of coffee.

A split floor plan, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs. All rooms have access to a patio. The downstairs floor includes a half bath off the kitchen in addition to the full bath in the master suite. Our home includes a water softener system, reverse osmosis water spout at the main sink and a top of the line washer/dryer.
Don't settle for a home with the hard, mineral filled San Antonio water!

Fantastic Home!

We absolutely loved our stay. Though the neighborhood wasn’t as ideal, it WAS super close to everything. We had no issues and never felt unsafe or anything. We would 100% stay again!

Came to rodeo

Our family came to visit the rodeo. The house was lovely, great location close to everything, and great owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Enjoyable Stay

Neighborhood is in transition but felt safe overall for family of 4. Check in was easy. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size mattresses. Master bedroom has a memory foam adjustable mattress that is so comfortable. Deep bathtub to bathe toddlers. Had an issue with the AC and the owners were apologetic and gave a partial refund. No ceiling fans upstairs but large oscillating floor fans allowed for cool air. Overall a great experience and very close to all the attractions. Would recommend to family and friends as a place to stay in SA.
