A new hotel opened in the summer of 2021 with a pleasantly modern, calming surf & sand style and theme. Each corner & standard room comes equipped with a Queen bed and kitchenette (minus stove & mini fridge) but includes a microwave and coffee maker.

Although the hotel isn't staffed 24/7 - on weekends in the summer months, we'll provide complimentary wine on the balconies in the evenings! A wonderful way to enjoy the sunset.

Currently, the common areas provide a great place for families, friends, or children to congregate, play games (a wide assortment of board games are available), and enjoy meals (Shared BBQs on the rear deck are available for use! First-come-first-serve! (Please be courteous).
Coming in late July - we'll have additional sofas in the common areas for group movie experiences, popcorn machines, arcade games, vending machines, and more.

On May 11th Nom Nom Ninja Food Truck will be serving Hibachi from Thursdays to Sundays at the Hotel. This runs until August.

My stay

Very clean and quiet. Very comfortable atmosphere. Only issue I had was the bed was very uncomfortable and really could have used a king size I as Leo noticed a lot of people including myself having trouble entering building and rooms Overall a great place to stay

Great room

If you don't need to be walking distance to downtown, this property is great. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great open feel to it with a pretty view. It is on a busy road that is loud, so it's tough to enjoy the view from the porches, but it is still very pretty from the room. We would be happy to stay again.

Sunset view of Traverse Bay

Room is right size with common areas for larger gatherings for TV, games and eating if you have multiple people you are traveling with. Sleeping was a delight the bed is very comfortable. Although you are close to M31, night traffic calms down and traffic notice is not bothersome. Traverse Bay is front and center so you have a very nice view of a sunset. Short drive to restaurants (our favorite was The Cottage) and activities.
