Everything from the well-furnished living area complete with a flatscreen TV to the gourmet kitchen boasting a gas range and stainless steel appliances will allow you to feel right at home. Plus, the expansive windows will allow you to have a backdrop of mountains and greenery from nearly every angle. The kiddos will love claiming the lower level to themselves, as a living area with another flatscreen TV and a bunk room await for endless fun. Don't forget to bring along your swimsuit as well to soak in the private hot tub under the stars each night! Whether you have come to ski to your heart's content or simply enjoy a summer vacation in the mountains, this Breckenridge gem will be perfect for you and your family!

Memorable Stay

The view was phenomenal. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the two ovens and convection microwave. We also enjoyed eating on the deck while enjoying the views.

Perfect location, amazing views.

The space was very clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of amenities. Loved how close it was to the town. The amazing view from the hot tub was definitely a favorite.

Overall, a great place to stay for a big group ski trip!

There were 10 of us staying here for a ski trip and the property was overall great. Perfect amount of room for all of us, beautiful views, kitchen was stocked with everything we could need (even an instant pot), and the bus stop to take us straight to the gondola met basically at the end of the driveway. I am only giving it 4 stars though because there were a few notes I had to take down... 1.) The listing states that there is room for 4 vehicles in the DRIVEWAY and for a place that "requires" a 4-wheel drive vehicle that's just not the case. We had 2 trucks, a suburban, and a highlander. 2.) Check in time is 4:00pm and we got there 20-30 minutes early, so we were just going to wait in the driveway till 4 because I didn't know how strict the check in time was. A VACASA (property management) van pulled up at 3:55pm with 2 employees to restock paper towels and toilet paper in the house. Just seemed a little unprofessional that they would be cutting it that close. We did also end up running out of toilet paper and needing to replenish it ourselves. 3.) The washing machine was broken and one of the downstairs smoke detectors needed the batteries replaced so it started beeping at 3am. I messaged the property management about both things through VRBO and it took them until the next day to respond and they just said thanks for letting us know. They didn't offer to have anyone come fix both things while we were there. We just took the smoke detector down to stop the beeping, so it was fine, but it would've been nice to be able to use the washing machine. Especially because they give you just enough towels for everyone, but with using the hot tub as well, a few more towels or the ability to clean them would've been great. 4.) The only other review on here says that the hot tub was not working for them, but it was for us. Unfortunately, I don't know how well maintained it is because a few of us got some red bumps/a rash after using it. Even with these few notes I would still recommend this house for anyone looking to stay with a big group of people for a ski trip in Breckenridge! Maybe just take less than 4 cars, bring some extra toilet paper and towels, and test the hot tub first.
