My husband and I bought this fabulous property before we decided to live full time in Summit County, CO. We love Boulder and love sharing our beautiful condo with others!
Why they chose this property
The condo is perfectly situated on the east end of Pearl Street. It's more quiet, but still within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, CU's campus and a quick car or bike ride to grocery stores or the 29th street mall.
What makes this property unique
Our property is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable for singles, couples and small families.
