This cozy cottage in historic Levy Park is close to downtown, midtown, and both universities! With a fenced in backyard for your pets and a patio for relaxing, this home is perfect for small families, football weekends, or if you are in town for a wedding.

It’s an older home that we have strived to maintain so it has some of the original charm.

Less than 2 miles with easy traffic to events being hosted at the Civic Center and many youth sports complexes. Bonus: Walking distance to midtown restaurants/bars/shops and with a quiet neighborhood that is safe and walkable for your and your pets!

Family Visit Tallahassee

Sincerely appreciate the property upgrade when our original property had a repair issue. Jamie relocated us to another property which was in a great location and had a large back yard for our furry friend. The home was inviting and decorated in a great retro midcentury tone. I wish I was a kid and I would have slept in the upstairs attic room with the most adorable sleigh beds and fairy lights. Thank you for a great stay and accomodation.
