Thank you so much for your interest in our condo on the beach!!
We are currently booking for the 2023-2024 seasons. Our 2nd floor rental is fully furnished and sleeps 6 with a master bedroom queen bed, 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. Includes private parking for 2 cars, full appliances including a K-Cup coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, stove, oven, microwave, crockpot and dishwasher. One full bathroom fully renovated and a spectacular view from the balcony.
To reserve your beach vacation for the 2023/2024 season, please request dates for availability. We hope you enjoy your time at Sand & Sunset Getaway.

Please note: We do not supply linens. We do have a linen service rental we can offer you at time of booking.

Great location, right on the beach!

Couldn't have picked a better place for a long weekend away. Everything just as advertized. Walking distance from Lewes and Henlopin State Park. Even did the 17mile bike loop to Rehobeth and back. Kitchen perfect for us. If you plan to do any real cooking you need to bring all of the basics; salt and pepper, oil, etc. We will definitely be back, gratitude!

We had a lovely stay while visiting family for Christmas. Paul and Dawn were gracious enough to decorate the whole apt including a full-size tree! Our kids were elated.

Location! Location! Location!

This beachfront condo was the perfect location...just step out the door and on the beach! Also has a great direct view of the beach/bay from the balcony. Lots of other things to do within just a couple miles. Looks exactly as portrayed in the listing...very clean and neat, with very spacious bedrooms. I appreciated the starter products (toilet paper, dish detergent, etc.) A large air conditioner is located in the living room, but it was a bit tricky trying to get the bedrooms cooled. Would suggest each bedroom have its own small window unit. Thanks for a great, relaxing vacation! Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Our parents moved to Lewes about 12 years ago after they retired. During our visits in any season we simply fell in love with the area and knew this is where we would also end up.

Why they chose this property

We were fortunate to rent one of these amazing units on the first year we were here in the off season. This space provided the comfort, peace and serenity we had hoped for and we enjoyed every moment of out time here. We were able to make one of the units our own and were elated to do so.

What makes this property unique

Beach views, quiet, comfortable, walk to shopping and eateries. Lewes is a gem. The friendliest folks everywhere you go. Laid back and all around relaxing.
