CONDO OVERVIEW

This beautiful, renovated vacation rental condo at Majestic Sun is located directly across from the beach on the sixth floor and sleeps a total of six. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the view of the white sand and emerald water from your expansive balcony.

Upon entering, you will find a comfortable living area with a 55" Smart TV, which provides an open layout to the dining area and kitchen, along with extra tall ceiling. The dining area includes a dining table that seats up to six guests, perfect for conversations and a nice family meal. Step into the tastefully-decorated, incredibly well-stocked kitchen, featuring new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops as well as all utensils and cookware to create your own meals while on vacation. New beautiful flooring was installed throughout the condo in December 2021.

Adjacent to the living room is a cozy master bedroom with KING bed, Gulf view, large master closet, Smart TV, and an en-suite master bathroom that was remodeled in December 2021, now equipped with a tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen television, closet, and attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. This condo also has an in-unit full size washer and dryer, and I provide plenty of laundry supplies.

At Majestic Sun Resort, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, and more! Beach access is easy, simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar white sands.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort with an 18 hole golf course, tennis facility, and 2000' of beach front. Seascape Town Center has shopping, dining, and entertainment. Grab breakfast and coffee at 2 Birds Cafe, fresh seafood at Acme Oyster House, $2 Tacos for "Taco Tuesday" at Mezcal Mexican Grill, or dessert at Moo La-La. The outdoor adventure park and Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag provide fun for all! Numerous restaurants are within walking distance (~1 mile) including The Whale's Tail, The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, Mezcal Mexican Grille, Royal Palm Grille, Bad Ass Coffee, Two Birds Coffee and Cafe, Acme Oyster House, and more! Better yet, the Cabana Cafe is next door at Ariel Dunes I with great food, drinks. and live music - Open Late!

Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles away and has loads of shopping, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream, and other attractions. Destin Commons is ~4 miles away and is home to extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some favorites include Bass Pro Shops, Gulf Coast Burgers, Another Broken Egg Cafe, World of Beer, Whole Foods Market, and AMC Theaters. There's always something happening at the Commons! Grand Boulevard Town Center (~3 miles away) is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food.

The swimmers and snorkelers in your group should check out Dolphin Reef that is located 700 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's). The Reef is around 10-15 feet deep.

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
