Our neighborhood and the downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short bike ride away.

Boaters, Caloosa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.

The house is also only a few minutes from the bridge that connects to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

Your Vacation Home with 3 bedrooms has modern furnishings, a lagoon-finished pool with a heater, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 15-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have 4 bikes and beach gear included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay!
Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite on the back right side of the home, and the other 2 rooms are on the left side of the home. The right-side master suite has a private bathroom with a shower and a closet.
One guest room has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing. All bedrooms have TVs. This area has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink.
The laundry room provides a full-size front-load washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.
This home is located just a short drive or bike ride to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tales or Duval’s, all within an easy 5-10 minute drive from the house.
We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for every stay. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use.
TOILETRIES - We are happy to always provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival, including 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. However, please note that we do not restock items during your stay
Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and hand towels.
