Stay from Hell

For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . The listing states 2 bedroom 2 bath but only shows 1 bedroom in the pictures. When walking in the second room it was a full/queen bed and twin bed on the floor . With Cheap motel bedding . Apartment needed to reclean to host dinner yet when moving the couches I saw white roach powder small roaches and to top it off roaches in the kitchen . Unable to stay so I had to book another property . Overall completely dissatisfied with poor communication and professionalism, unclean properly with ROACHES , all 6 hours before my scheduled birthday dinner . FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE
