Newly renovated lakefront home that accommodates up to 16 guests, plus two little ones in a toddler sleeping space attached to parent's room.

The 3rd floor consists of two large bedrooms, a toddler sleeping area, a full bathroom, and a balcony off the master bedroom. Each room has a queen bed. The toddler sleeping area has two crib-size mattresses in a small and cozy cubby that they will love to sleep in.

The first level has your main living space with the kitchen, two refrigerators, and dining area for ten, plus a small island and additional dining table to accommodate four more in the living area, a large walk-out deck with three sliding doors for access, one bedroom that is perfect for Grandma and Grandpa, and a full bathroom.

The basement level consists of a living room that is perfect for the kids, with a mini fridge, and a pull-out couch. You will find two large bedrooms, one that is the second master suite with a walkout to the lower deck, and a bunk room with two bunk beds, and a fold-out futon couch. You will also find a full bathroom and laundry area.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Deerfield Resort has many amenities for guests to enjoy.

SECURITY: Guests will stop at the guard shack on their way into Deerfield Resort. You can provide our address and enter with no issues. Usually, someone is there evenings and weekends.

CONVENIENCE: Deerside Market specializes in picking up custom-built grocery orders for you. Open from 9 am - 9 pm Monday – Saturday and from 9 to 5 on Sunday.

SWIMMING POOLS: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12

GOLF: The Greens at Deerfield is a Par 71, 6,700-yard championship golf course open to the public year-round.

PLAYGROUND: Open all year - Adult supervision is required for youngsters under the age of 12.

TENNIS & SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS: Open daylight to dark. It is not necessary to reserve court time. Rackets and balls are not provided.

MARINA: Deerfield Cove Marina offers dry docks, wet docks, and boat ramps.

DINING/DRINKING:
Enjoy a Norris favorite, The Tiki Bar, which is located at Deerfield Marina.

You can also order takeout or enjoy The Greens Grille, which is open daily from 7:30 am thru 4 pm.

The Chapman Winery and Deerfield Market offer some food and drink options. The winery is a fabulous pit stop on your way in or out.

CART RENTALS: Deerfield Resort offers golf cart and side-by-side rentals right around the corner. You can contact them directly to make a reservation via phone or website.

You can rent a golf cart or side-by-side from Deerfield Vacation Rentals. This will help you get your group and supplies to and from the dock.

GPS will likely take you past the house. When you approach the stop sign, vere left (away from the airport) and turn right immediately into the gravel driveway.

There is enough room for about six cars to park. You are welcome to park your trailer in the gravel driveway AFTER your boat has been put into the lake. You will pass Deerfield Marina on your way in on the left side.

This home is a great option if you are accommodating multiple families or bringing mom and dad along. The main level bedroom is perfect for an older family member or friend who cannot do steps anymore.
