Welcome to our 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Condo!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

Experience luxury living in the heart of Old Town across from City Park! This modern, high-end, newly renovated 3BR/2BA condo is within a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts and 2-minute walk to the free bus to Deer Valley. Our favorite coffee shop (The Lucky Ones) is just up the road at the town Library! The fantastic shops and restaurants of historic Main Street are also within an easy stroll.

Coming into town for Sundance Film? We are within minutes' walk to all the theater locations.
Highlights at this designer retreat include three well-appointed suites, a stone fireplace.
A cozy living room with ample seating with a large TV, fireplace, open chefs kitchen, with connected dining area make for family fun entertaining area.
There are two armchairs provided in the master suite to escape to a good book with City Park setting across the street.
Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, outfitted with upscale stainless-steel appliances like a gas stove and French-door fridge as well as everything needed to whip up a gourmet meal. When you're ready to dine, the table seats six, while the kitchen bar seats an additional three.

This home sleeps six adult guests or four adults and three children between three suites. The top floor, the primary suite features a king bed and a TV, and two armchairs. The bathroom is configured with a bath and vanity. In the top floor second suite, there is a bunk bed with two full size mattresses with a slide out trundle twin, and a large TV. The downstairs third suite provides a queen bed, Internet TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Take advantage of the City Park across the street with playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, soccer field, skatepark and much more. For the athletic type there is Silver Mountain Sports Club 0.9 miles from the condo that has daily passes.


**LOCATION**

Located across from City Park which has summer concerts and movies in the park with a bicycle/walking trail right to downtown! A 5-min walk up 14th ST. and you are at Park City Mountain resort with lift access, ice skating rink, restaurants, shops, and ski valets. Hop on the free bus for a short ride to Deer Valley. As evening falls, explore the excellent dining, shopping, and nightlife along Main Street.

City Park is 80 feet away.
You're a 45-minute drive from Sundance Mountain Resort -- home to idyllic mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing and snowboarding, and more

**PARKING**

Parking must be in designated spots and must have a parking pass (supplied in the welcome book). Follow the posted snow removal times to avoid being towed. With this property you do not need a car because everything is so close! We recommend taking one of the suggested Park City Host shuttle services from the airport to the unit.

Great spring break!
Our family of 5 enjoyed a great week in Park City. The townhouse was perfectly located. We did not have a car during our stay but were able to walk to everything we needed--grocery, dining, shopping, and lifts. The unit had everything we needed for the week—plenty of paper products, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen had all we needed to make breakfasts and light meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Just right…
Just right for our family…and within easy walking distance to the slopes and other attractions. It would be helpful, however, if the directions indicated that parking and access to the unit are from Sullivan St. and not the Park Ave. address.
