Venture down the hall to discover three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king bed and a rejuvenating shower, providing a private haven for relaxation. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. Meanwhile, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle, creating a versatile space for a variety of guests. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed hallway bathroom. Additionally, a powder room off the living room adds an extra touch of convenience.

This property is also just a brief 6-minute walk to Fenwick Island beaches and down the road from a kayak rental store. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in Fenwick Island to choose from and with Bethany Beach and Ocean City just a short drive away, there are many more things to do. Beautiful home!

We had a great stay! The house was super clean, modern, and well appointed. The views of the bay were great with plenty of decks/balconies to enjoy different vantage points. We would love to come back!

Bayside Beauty

My family of 5 stayed here for a week in August. There was plenty of room for us and the views of the bay were spectacular. It was also a short walk to the beach so you had the best of both worlds. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well appointed, well-stocked and really had everything we needed. The appliances are new and modern. The gas station/convenience store, liquor store, country store, ice cream shops are all in walking distance as well. There was an outdoor shower for convenience and keeping the sand out of the house. The shower door was broken when we arrived but the landlord promptly fixed it for us. Having our morning coffee on the top deck and watching the sunset in the evening was so peaceful and relaxing. There were cards, board games, cornhole, for the kids. The neighborhood is quiet yet it is a short walk to a few great restaurants, Matt's Fish Camp, Nantucket's, Just Hooked, Warren's Station and Our Harvest. The kids can also enjoy the Shipwreck Museum down the road. We have been vacationing in this area for the past five years and this was the best house we've rented to date. We had a terrific time. I would make a few suggestions for improvement: Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids would be a great addition as it's difficult to pack the car with all of your stuff on a long road trip. The house could use some more furniture, another large couch, a table for the top deck and perhaps a comfy chair. The outside of the house could use a paint job and some repairs to doors, screens and windows. A kayak would be a great addition since the house is right on the canal. A fire pit would be great feature for the summer evenings so the kids could make S'mores and the adults could enjoy cocktails. A telescope would also be a great addition as the night sky is amazing from the top deck. These are just suggestions. We really had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back to our home away from home in Fenwick Island. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great views

Lovely views and lots of deck space to relax. Open layout worked great for our family of 7 (adult children). Clean and well appointed. Fenwick parking pass was a huge (and unexpected) bonus. The only suggestion I have would be to utilize a door code for check in. Current check in and out process requires driving to Bethany for keys.
