The space
Newly remodeled and pristinely furnished throughout with an amazing rustic & elegant style. Situated on a very secluded/ private area in a cul-de-sac. It is one of Memphis' well kept secrets with a private lake all enjoying enchanting views Inspired by resort living all while being only 15 minutes from the heart of Downtown Memphis. This 4 bedroom and 2 bath home sits on a 2 acre lot that is perfect for year-round adventures. The back deck overlooking the emerald waters of the lake features a pool, BBQ grill, fire pit, a dining space and an entertainment game room.

This home offers an inviting living space, an open kitchen concept that goes into the dining room, living room and game room, all while being able to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the lake in the horizon.

•LIVING AREA•
A beautiful open floor concept, The living room includes one leather arm chair and an L shaped comfortable sofa. Watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, ESPN and Hulu on the 55" Samsung smart TV or light the gas fireplace for additional warmth and ambience.

•KITCHEN & DINING•
Enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee with a side of cookies provided to our guests. Chefs will appreciate the well appointed kitchen, large enough to fit a team of cooks, it is outfitted with sleek granite countertops and a full suit of appliances. Guest can watch and enjoy a panoramic view of the lake on a 10+Ft Island with 8 barstools or sit in dining table which accommodates another 6 people, perfect for a gathering of family and friends. Dining room/open concept connected to kitchen & living room spacious dining room. Holidays, celebrations, and daily life happen around the kitchen and dining room tables! This is very open and spacious, making it a very social-able space for large groups of gatherings. dining area has enough space to seat 14+ guest.

•BEDROOMS & BATHS•

This home sleeps up to 13 guests between four bedrooms and 3 single rollaway beds (conveniently located in 2 of the bedroom closets) which can be placed anywhere in the home.

The first bedroom holds a king bed with 2 armchairs near the window for a sunny nook and a beautiful view overlooking the front of the home. Located in the closet, 2 rollaway beds.

The Master Bedroom features a king bed and 2 armchairs.
The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and his & hers sink.

The third bedroom offers plenty of comfy sleeping space with 2 sets of bunk beds which includes 4 twin beds.

The third bedroom down the hall is furnished with a queen bed and 2 armchairs. Located in the closet, one of the rollaway beds.

The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the master bedroom and the bedroom with the bunkbeds.

ALL rooms include luggage racks to assist our guests with easy unpacking during your stay.

•GAME ROOM•
The game room is surrounded by glass windows overlooking the lake and it is perfect for hosting & also has a bar table with stools a fun competitive game of air hockey, shuffle board, ping pong table, fishing poles, marshmallow sticks for roasting in the pit. Also included is a large variety of board games for our guests to enjoy.

•OUTDOOR AREA•
Enjoy remarkable lake views from the lush backyard. Equipped with a pool *only permitted in the warmer months (April-September), a large fire pit, 2 areas with BBQ grills and plenty of seating the outside, fishing deck area plus a large sitting area by the waterside with BBQ/fire pit to enjoy, upper deck with patio table with BBQ grill. this space is perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family. Note that minors are not allowed in the pool without an adult for safety reasons.

•OTHER AMENITIES•
Guest amenities include complimentary fast speed Wi-Fi., an onsite washer/dryer with complimentary soap pods. The home offers heating & air-conditioning. Fresh towels and blankets for our guests. We offer shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and dish soap. As well as complimentary tea and coffee options available during your stay.
Guest access
The whole house is accessible with the exemption of 3 storage closets. Other than that, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
-We have 5 security cameras located on the outside of the property: 1 doorbell camera, 2 in the front of the home, 1 by the garage and 1 in the back of the home overlooking fire pit in the lower portion of the home. All cameras are motion sensor and have capabilities of recording.
-We also have noise monitors that monitor noise levels in our home recording Whenever the noise levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customised duration of time we receive an instant notifications when noises levels are too high.
